Ammu’s Home Foods began with a simple idea — to bring the authentic taste of traditional homemade food to more families.
Founded by Kalyani Thutupalli, a homemaker, mother of two and entrepreneur. Ammu’s Home Foods grew from her love for traditional cooking and her desire to build something of her own after a significant career break.
What started with preparing traditional recipes at home gradually became a food journey rooted in authentic taste, traditional methods and vegetarian homemade food. Based in Old Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Ammu’s Home Foods began serving a growing circle of customers who appreciated the familiar flavours of home-cooked food.
Today, the brand offers a wide range of traditional pickles, podis, sweets, snacks, fryums, premixes and other vegetarian homemade foods, prepared with careful attention to ingredients, recipes and taste.
Over the years, Ammu’s Home Foods has grown through the trust and support of its customers, along with associations with resellers, hotels and other food partners. Every order and every returning customer has been an important part of this journey.
